Critics Consensus: The Words

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is The Words a new drama starring Bradley Cooper.
The Words stars Bradley Cooper and Zoe Saldana in a story about a book-writer accused for plagiarism. Well ironically critics did not really say good words about the words. The only positive things about this movie are the performances which were praised by ReelViews but The New York Post said that it was funny unintentionally which pretty mush means the script is pretty screwed up right there and The New York Post said the soundtrack was syrupy and they complained about the direction.
Overall do not see this movie.

The Words is rated PG-13.

Critics Consensus: The Flying Swords Of The Dragon Gate

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is a new Jet Li movie with a really long title and stuff.
The Flying Swords of Dragon Gate

Jet Li has a new movie. Jet Li has a new movie that is only in IMAX and is strictly based on Chinese culture. Jet Li has a new movie that is only in IMAX, is strictly based on Chinese culture and is OK. Woah that was a mouthful. The new flying swords dragon gate whatever the heck it is called was called a chunky spectacle by the Los Angeles Times and The Playlist called it entertaining but mostly this movie is just dumb fun. So only see it if you wanna.
Overall only see this movie if you want to.

The Flying Swords Of The Dragon Gate is rated R.

Critics Consensus: The Possession

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is The Possession.
NOTE: This movie was covered late because September is usually the time the box office gets the least money and no one sees a movie.
I could literally sum up this post in one sentence. That sentence would be that two crappy horror movies just came out back to back. Hollywood we have come to a new low. The Possession is about a box that possesses or some crap like that. Washington Post praised the pace. Then we look at the negative side. It is littered with cliches and the script is poorly written. Those comments came from The Toronto Globe And Mail and The New York Post by the way.
Overall do not see this movie.
The Possession is rated R.

Critics Consensus: Dark Souls: Prepare To Die Edition

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is the PC port of Dark Souls.
Dark Souls was one of the most acclaimed titles last year. It was also one of the most hard games last year too. The new PC port is bare bones compared to the console version but nevertheless is still a great game. INCGamers and Eurogamer Germany gave it a 10\10. The only complaints were off the low FPS (framespersecond) and no PC Optimization as Vandal Online and Atomic Gamer complained about. Dark Souls is still a great game just needed a bit more to be excellent on the PC.
Overall if you have Dark Souls and want this version get it. If you have Dark Souls and do not want this version do not get it and lastly if you do not have Dark Souls do not get this.

Dark Souls: Prepare To Die Edition is rated M.

Critics Consensus: Lawless

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is Lawless a new crime drama movie.
Gary Oldman,Shia LaBeouf,Tom Hardy, and Guy Pearce sound like a pretty strong cast. Arizona Rebublic and Box Office magazine stated it was a pretty strong cast and New York Daily News praised the performances. Too bad it suffers from cliches like The New York Times said and it makes Lawless not flawless. St. Louis Dispatch also complained about the script. So Lawless would be flawless if not for those two things.
Overall do not see this movie unless you want to.

Lawless is rated R.
