Critics Consensus:Stoker

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is a new horror movie with Nicole Kidman.

I have good news and bad news for you. Stoker is a great movie. Well not exactly great compared to Argo but I'm hoping for another 2012 where all the good movies come out in the end. The bad news is that this is the only good movie that comes out this week. That was a bit stupid to think Jack The Giant Slayer and 21 And Over would be good movies but whatever.

Stoker does not have the best writing as explained by The Boston Globe but the acting is amazing and the film's scares are worth the whole experience. Hey Empire gave the film a 100\100 and they are pretty hard critics to impress. Maybe a 69% does not mean too much.

Overall see this movie.

Critics Consensus: Jack The Giant Slayer

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is Jack The Giant Slayer.

Remember a few years ago where everybody was like "Hollywood truly is running out of ideas?" Well I don't remember it being as bad as this. Just like Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters this had a troubled development and it was pretty obvious it was only made by Hollywood to make money. Well they achieved their goal cause I know that some idiot will see this movie.

The New York Post had one of the more positive reviews and explained how the movie was like a junior Lord Of The Rings, but NPR and Film.com complained about the film's CGI and how the film was so forgettable. This film is crying the word "HEY IM CRAP, BUT A LOT OF MONEY WENT INTO ME SO PLEASE SEE ME, PLEASE?

Overall only see this movie if you really want to.

Jack The Giant Slayer is rated PG-13.

Critics Consensus:21 And Over

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is 21 And Over a new comedy.

21 And Over is an example of false movie advertising. "From The Writers Of The Hangover" the poster bellows. This movie was probably created before The Hangover was such a big hit. So basically this is Jon Lucas and Scott Moore's worst work being created only to make money.
And when movies do that critics like USA Today complain about the film's inappropriate and immature scenes. Ted was funny. Not this. You know your movie is a piece of rubbish where one of the scenes is someone eating a tampon. I can hear a bunch of laughs from stupid college kids.
Overall 21 And Over is a piece of crap. Don't this or 21. Oh a new trend.

Critics Consensus: Dynasty Warriors 7: Empires

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is a new Dynasty Warriors game!

Sometimes when there is a video game drought you just gotta cover that Dynasty Warriors game that comes out every week. Dynasty Warriors has gotten less and less stellar according to critics with each installment and no offense to Dynasty Warriors fans reading this blog, this is another one of those.

Push Square said that the role playing mechanics and hack and slash gameplay is fun, and IGN said that this would be an okay installment for fans but as the problem with every Dynasty Warriors game is that it is way too repetitive.

Only get this game if you wanna.

My Personal Opinion:Oscars 2013

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is me judging The Oscars.

Be Warned! Here is where I will ramble and rant about The 2013 Oscars. 
First of all Seth Macfarlane was an OK host. He made some funny jokes and I feel that if I say that I liked anything from his catalog would be offensive to some people. He was funny but not funny enough.
2nd of all I'm happy that Argo won best picture. I feel like either Amour or Beasts Of The Southern Wild should have won to go in a more indie direction which most of the recent Oscars have done.
3rd of all Jennifer Lawrence should not have won. Why? Well she's an amazing actor however she is going to have other chances in her life where she is eligible for an Oscar. Give it to Emmanuelle Riva. No offense but 92 year old's might not be nominated for another one because well their dead.
4th of all Daniel Day Lewis I was happy with, but I feel like every movie should have one something. Nothing big for Beasts Of The Southern Wild or Zero Dark Thirty. What the hell is this?
5th of all and lastly they wasted too much time. I Can See Your Boobs? Not only offensive but stupid and non-resourceful as well. That's a joke you put in Family Guy or the Cleveland Show, Seth.
