Critics Consensus: Lockout

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is Lockout a new action flick starring Guy Pearce.
Lockout is about a ex government agent who is assigned to rescue the government's daughter in a prison in space. Lockout hasn't been getting good reviews; and it's average score is a 4.5.
The good things about the movie are it's fun to watch but only fun if you forget that what is happening in the movie is super stupid. It also shows that Guy Pearce can be a reliable actor.
The bad things are the ending goes way to fast, is ridiculous, generic, and has annoying one liners.
So if you want to see Lockout really bad you can but don't remind yourself that the movie itself is crazy and stupid.
Lockout is rated PG-13.

Critics Consensus: Spirit Camera: The Cursed Memoir

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is Spirit Camera: The Cursed Memoir a game similar to Fatal Frame on the 3DS.

Spirit Camera:The Cursed Memoir is a spinoff of the Fatal Frame series made by Tecmo. Pretty much every critic has given this game lower than a 6.0 especially Destructoid who gave it a 1.0 out of 10. What critics say is bad with this game is that it is interesting and uses the 3DS camera good. The problems are it's short, predictable and shallow. Overall if you want to get this game don't because it is not good but do buy it if you want a mediocre experience.

Critics Consensus: The Three Stooges

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is The Three Stooges a remake of the classic comedy TV show.

 The Three Stooges is a reboot of the TV series. The average score of The Three Stooges is a 50 (44 on Rotten Tomatoes, 54 on Metacritic.) So that means that the movie is mediocre (not bad, not good just in between.) The good things are the acting is good and that's pretty much it. The critics have said that the jokes are not funny,it's repetitive and the plot isn't the best. So overall if you are a fan of The Three Stooges you might have a few good laughs but overall the film falls flat.
The Three Stooges is rated PG.

Critics Consensus: Fez

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is Fez a indie platformer on Xbox Live. 

 Fez is a indie puzzle platformer in which you control a figurine and you can switch the terrain he is standing on so it goes different directions so you can get to the exit. The good things about Fez are it is a unique fun game,good level design and great quality. The bad things are it has a few glitches and the game took 5 years to make so it might not be worth the wait. Overall if you want to get Fez you should because it will probably make your day with it's colorful art and smart level design.

 Today it is The Cabin In The Woods. The Cabin in The Woods is a new horror movie that is trying to be so over the top you will have a good time. A Cabin In The Woods has a 92% on Rotten Tomatoes which means it is pretty good and a 72 out of 100 on Metacritic . That means the average score is a 8-ish and a good horror movie hasn't come out in a while so here is why the movie is so good; it's fun to watch,entertaining, and is so crazy that it does not lose it's direction. The bad things are it kinda ripoffs some other horror movies like Scream and Scary Movie. Overall if you go see The Cabin The Woods you will be pleasantly surprised.
