Critics Consensus: The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel a new dramadey starring Judi Dench, Maggie Smith, and Dev Patel.

 One of the only movies that came out this week because The Avengers would kick all of their asses, was The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel. If you were going to see a movie this week that came out this week you would either see this or The Avengers. The Avengers is way better then this but if you didn't want to see that and you wanted to see this well the movie isn't that bad. A few of the reasons this is not a waste of time and you should see it is that it is written good,the acting is good and it's funny. The downside is it's more of a movie for the elderly.
Overall if you want to see this go but if you aren't 50+ you should see The Avengers again.

Critics Consensus: Sniper Elite V2

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is Sniper Elite V2 the sequel to 2005's Sniper Elite.

Sniper Elite V2 is a new first person shooter that has a Mortal Kombat like twist. Gruesome deaths. If that is what makes the game stand out though, is it still good?
Sniper Elite V2 has a basic plot but it probably is the best sniper game on the market. Sniper Elite's big soft spot is that it does not have that much content and not really worth the $60. It also features crappy AI. 
Overall the game is fun though but think about all these negative spots.

Critics Consensus: The Avengers

NOTE: This post will be more complicated then previous one's because this is a giant release for the movie industry. So why not have a giant post?

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is The Avengers the new Superhero movie with Hawkeye, Hulk, Iron Man, Captain America, and more! 

The Avengers is here so we are going to have everything for it here we go!

 Plot:

You basically know the plot Black Widow, Hawkeye, Iron Man, Hulk and Captain America save New York. Though does the plot have holes or is it just good written?

The answer: The second one. The Avengers is surprising and good written.  It has everything a superhero movie needs. None the less do the actors make the movie look bad?

Acting:

The actors in this are Chris Hemsworth,Scarlett Johansson, and Robert Downey Jr. among others. The acting in this movie is well played, and feels like the perfect role for these characters. IGN said that the acting was good too, but they didn't show enough Hawkeye. 

Special Effects:
The special effects in the movie like the enemies and stuff are all CGI and the good thing is it actually looks good. Better yet, The Avengers special effects is not dated and is all shotty.  
Overall:

Overall turns out this is actually an excellent movie for all ages. Whatever it takes you need to see this movie. You will not regret it.

Critics Consensus: Awesomenauts

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is Awesomenauts a new 2-D brawler similar to the game Skullgirls that came out a while back.

Fighting games have been really popular in this year of 2012. We have had Street Fighter X Tekken, Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3,Mortal Kombat,Skullgirls,and now we have Awesomenauts. So this new fighting game has been getting great reviews from critics. The lowest score was a 7.0! Awesomenauts is fun,fast-paced,cheap,and has hours on content.
So the only problem is that you need to chip a few hours into it. If you have patience that's okay.
Overall if you own an Xbox 360 or Playstation 3 and Mortal Kombat was to gory for your tastes, you should definitely get this.

Critics Consensus: Bernie

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is Bernie a movie about a funeral director starring Jack Black.

I do not know about you but I think of Jack Black as the Eddie Murphy of the industry. He had good recognition but then his career was basically over because now if he stars in a movie it usually sucks. Well good news Jack Black fans, Bernie breaks the curse. Why you ask? Bernie has a good plot, it is funny, and Jack Black portrays the character he is playing well. So even though Bernie has a weird and awkward plot it's one of Jack Black's best.
Overall if it is playing in a theater near you go see this movie.
