Critics Consensus: Fire Emblem: Awakening

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is a new Fire Emblem game.

Fire Emblem: Awakening is a noticeable release for any Nintendo 3DS owner. Why? Well it was originally supposed to be released as a launch title for the 3DS back in 2011 then was delayed to early 2012 and was delayed another year to Q1 2013. It's finally out of development hell and surprisingly it has a 91 on Metacritic. That means universal acclaim.
Fire Emblem: Awakening is so good that there has not been a single negative review for it. Not even a review that is an 8.0! It was called the reason to buy a 3DS from The Escapist, IGN said that it had the best production value for a 3DS game yet, and NintendoWorldReport praised the fluid gameplay and not encountering a single glitch or bug in the whole game. Lastly GamesBeat praised the writing.
Overall I think you should buy this game. If your'e birthday is coming up and you do not have a 3DS. Well it's pretty obvious the first game you should purchase.

Critics Consensus: Identity Thief

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is Identity Thief a new comedy based around identity thieves.

Identity Thief is truly ironic. I'm just gonna say it's a bad movie then and there and we can laugh about what the critics say later. Why Identity Thief is truly ironic is because it's story revolves around Melissa McCarthy as Sandy Bigelow Patterson who is an Identity Thief. Bigelow is the last name of the director of Zero Dark Thirty and The Hurt Locker. Those movies are far superior than this piece of crap.
Identity Thief was called stupid by Salon.com and Sloppy from the Toronto Star. ReviewsOnTheRun complained about how the film is so repetitive with it's scenes and how there is usually a good joke every fifteen minutes. If i were to watch Identity Thief I would watch it with a rewind button.
Overall do not see this movie.

Critics Consensus: Side Effects

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is Side Effects a new movie with Chaning Tatum and guess what? He doesn't take his shirt off!

Side Effects has been under a lot of popularity. It has Chaning Tatum. Yes that is one thing. Though the other is that it is director Steven Soderberg's last feature film. As rumored. Sometimes things like these disappoint  Let's hope Side Effects does not have that many Side Effects to making a weak last attempt for a movie.

Luckily Side Effects only has one side effect as Steve Zaragoza from The New Movie Thing Show said. "The first 10 minutes loll and are boring." Luckily it is not more than ten minutes because Side Effects is getting amazing reviews from critics for it's great writing and brilliant acting. Especially with Chaning Tatum who is now breaking the stereotype of his roles.

Overall see this movie. You have too.

Critics Consensus: Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time the revival of the Sly Cooper franchise.

Revivals of dead franchises. We got those with Sly Cooper:Thieves In Time. Sly Cooper was a hit on the Playstation 2 so Sly fans are excited and have been for a while. But is it worth the hype. Sadly Sly Cooper is not worth the hype. But will it be able to redeem itself with a 75 on Metacritic (if it got any lower it would be considered mediocre on the website) That is the question.
Luckily the gripes are few and far between but big. GamesBeat complained about the load times,Gaming Nexus about the glitches, and the biggest complaint was bad level design pacing which Polygon said was the reason they gave it such a low score (6.0). However Sly Cooper will be fun to fans of the series and it is only 40$ so you really can not complain too much.
Overall only get this game if you are fans of the series because this weeks Dead Space 3 would probably be a better bang for your buck.

Critics Consensus: Dead Space 3

Hi! We are Critics Consensus. We post the regular critics opinion for video games and movies! Today it is Dead Space 3.

Dead Space is becoming the new Assassin's Creed. Originally a game that was a sleeper hit and sold just enough to make a sequel. People then find the second game at a Gamestop for sale or something like that and then realized "Wow! This is a great franchise!
Gaming Nexus praised the scares and gripping gameplay. Speaking of gameplay Joystiq called it amazing as well as Multiplayer.it. The audio is amazing supplying the great jump scares with suspicious sounds that make you be leery about what is around the corner and the graphics also supply to the scares. When tentacles start coming out of a decapitated man and it looks scary it is also thanks to the great graphics. The only riffs on Dead Space 3 are the co-op which is not like the main story and is pretty short and the plot which is kind of a mess. 
Overall get this game. Too bad if you pee in you pants.
